האתר מופעל על ידי LEVIS VISION. השימוש באתר מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המפורטים להלן. LEVIS VISION שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לעדכן את התנאים בכל עת, והנוסח המעודכן יפורסם בעמוד זה.

2. זכויות יוצרים

כל התכנים המוצגים באתר — לרבות סרטונים, תמונות, טקסטים, לוגו ועיצוב — מוגנים בזכויות יוצרים. אין להעתיק, לשכפל, להפיץ או לעשות בהם שימוש מסחרי ללא אישור בכתב ומראש.

עבודות המוצגות בתיק העבודות הופקו עבור לקוחות או כחומר הדגמה, ומוצגות לצורכי תיק עבודות בלבד.

3. מידע ומחירים

• המחירים המוצגים באתר הם מחירי פתיחה בלבד ואינם כוללים מע״מ.
• המחיר הסופי נקבע לאחר בריף ראשוני ובהתאם להיקף הפרויקט.
• זמני ביצוע תלויים בהיקף העבודה ובמועד קבלת החומרים מהלקוח.
• שירותים שלגביהם מצוין ״תמחור לאחר שיחה״ מתומחרים באופן פרטני.

4. מדיניות פרטיות

• פרטים הנמסרים בטופס יצירת הקשר משמשים אך ורק לצורך חזרה אליכם בנוגע לפנייה.
• המידע אינו מועבר לצד שלישי ללא הסכמתכם.
• ניתן לבקש עיון, תיקון או מחיקה של הפרטים בכל עת בפנייה לכתובת המייל שבתחתית העמוד.
• האתר אינו משתמש בקובצי Cookie למעקב או לפרסום. העדפות תצוגה ונגישות נשמרות מקומית בדפדפן שלכם בלבד ואינן נשלחות לשום שרת.

5. נגישות

האתר תוכנן בהתאם לעקרונות נגישות מקובלים: ניווט מלא באמצעות מקלדת, סימון ברור של אלמנט הפוקוס, טקסט חלופי לתמונות, מבנה כותרות סמנטי, ותמיכה בהעדפת המערכת להפחתת אנימציה. בנוסף זמין באתר סרגל נגישות המאפשר הגדלת טקסט, מצב ניגודיות גבוהה והדגשת קישורים.

• Delivery times depend on scope and on when materials are received from the client.
• Services marked "pricing after consultation" are quoted individually.

• Details submitted through the contact form are used solely to respond to your enquiry.
• Your information is not passed to third parties without your consent.
• You may request access, correction or deletion of your details at any time by emailing the address below.
• This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Display and accessibility preferences are stored locally in your own browser and are never sent to any server.
